While the room was fairly clean, the bed sheets were wafer-thin, barely covering anything. The breakfast area looked like a tornado hit it, no pride in upkeep at all. I almost gave a positive review, except for the lack of a complimentary upgrade-it's just rude. What a disappointing experience, for such a highly-rated hotel.

Wonderful and spacious rooms with TV set, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Paid US$ 93. Great and exceptionally nice location, in the middle of jackson. Easy check in and smooth check out. Great and nice staff with a smile;))

Clean room, pleasant breakfast, the hot breakfast offered excellent options including scrambled eggs and fresh fruit that fueled us for a day of exploration, combined with convenient amenities like 24-hour reception and Wi-Fi that kept us connected .

The breakfast spread included make-your-own waffles, fresh fruit, and hot items that were actually delicious. The room was spacious with a great work desk, perfect for my homework, and the staff were really nice when they called me about my forgotten overalls.

Although the room was functional, it clearly showed signs of wear and tear with a plywood space on the wall where a headboard would typically go. The air conditioning was quite loud, potentially disturbing for light sleepers, and the bedding felt thinner than expected, compromising comfort a bit.
